AnusaraYoga (8 Week Series)

Taught by Vicki Beilharz

Anusara Yoga is based upon an uplifting tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness and Universal Principles of Alignment. These ancient teachings will not only benefit your personal experience with yoga but can be applied to your everyday modern life as well.

Vicki's style includes attention to your body's proper alignment, as well as a touch of playfulness.

She has 25 years of teaching experience, is Anusara Certified, E-RYT 500, and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider.

Beginner: Wednesdays 10am-11:15am

Advanced Beginner: Mondays 5:30-6:45pm

Warrior Flow

"a fun take on a traditional power flow"

Taught by Emily Feeley
Firing the core while finding your inner warrior strength! Break a sweat and dance with your friends in this fun, hour-long class that weaves asana with self-empowerment and love! This class is sure to keep you moving and feeling stronger.
 Wednesdays 6:15pm-7:15pm

Align and Flow

Taught by Laura Baylor
This class will begin with movement to release the tensions of the day.  We will work to a peak pose that could be an arm balance, inversion, standing balance or bakbend.  We will end with a calming sequence and a restorative pose.  Class is recommended for Level 2 students.
Thursdays  6pm-7:15pm

Exhilarate the body and body/mind with emphasis on movement, balance, and intention.  Focus on building a solid practice based on strengthening the body, mind, and spirit with Yoga Essentials.

Senior62 Yoga For Mindful Balance

Taught by Marian Soss
A solid yoga class with emphasis on balance and stability.  This class is designed with the purpose of maintaining strength and agility, along with improving mental focus.

Senior62 Yoga for Backcare

Taught by Marian Soss
Gentle use of yoga for back care is designed to rejuvenate the mind body and spirit.  Benefits include flexibility, structural alignment, pain reduction and mental steadiness.  The floor exercises reduce back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions.

Yin Yoga
Taught by Arlene Riley
A safer way to strengthen and support your joints and ligaments, Yin Yoga applies a static, lingering stretch to the joints (which by the way actually need stress to stay healthy). Class provides an opportunity to relax and de-stresses as you soften, surrender, and allow the poses to flow through you.  Gentle yang sequences between the poses settle down stress. 
 Thursdays 8:00am- 9:15am

Tuesdays 6:15pm-7:30pm (starts July 11)
