Yoga For Strength
Using therapy balls and elastic bands, you'll learn movement that helps your back and shoulders feel well. Learn simple strategies to stay focused and productive.
This class uses the Tune Up fitness mobility enhancing therapy ball system to take students through a safe, effective sequence with pain relief methods that will leave you (regardless of age, experience or activity level) feeling better, stronger, happier, and more relaxed.

Yoga Nidra Sound Bath
Yoga Nidra is a simple yet effective meditation technique that has the power to take you to the innermost, deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body and mind is permeated by profound peace and stillness. This class is support and enhanced by the therapeutic sounds of harmonium and mantra chanting to help you effortlessly shift from the normal thinking mind into deeply healing states of relaxation and bliss. Yoga Nidra provides healing by releasing cell and tissue-repairing hormones.

Restorative yoga is a deep invitation to your body to consciously slow down and open your body through passive specially and artfully propped poses. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga and desperately needed in today's times.

Vinyasa Flow Level 1/2

In Vinyasa flow, students move through a specific sequence of poses, with the majority of the movements synchronized to the breath. Classes include warm-up stretches in the beginning and cool-down floor poses at the end. More advanced students will be invited to go deeper with Level 2 options.
Vinyasa Flow Level 2/3

In Level 2 Vinyasa flow, students move through a specific sequence of medium to challenging poses, with the majority of the movements synchronized to the breath. Classes include warm-up stretches in the beginning and cool-down floor poses at the end. More advanced students will be invited to go deeper with Level 3 options but this is entirely optional.
Mindful Balance With a Chair
A solid yoga class with emphasis on balance and stability. This class is designed with the purpose of maintaining strength and agility, along with improving mental focus. A chair is used throughout class for optimal safety and alignment awareness.

Yoga for Backcare
Gentle use of yoga for back care is designed to rejuvenate the mind body and spirit. Benefits include flexibility, structural alignment, pain reduction and mental steadiness. The floor exercises reduce back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions.

MYTHIC YIN NEW!
Taught by Polly Wing, Arlene Riley, Christie Alexander
A safer way to strengthen and support your joints and ligaments, Yin Yoga applies a static, lingering stretch to the joints (which by the way actually need stress to stay healthy). Class provides an opportunity to relax and de-stress your mind as you soften, surrender, and allow the poses to flow through you.
Mythic Yin is taught through a unique storytelling method, with each class sharing a story of an asana.
