Expecting a fitness class, Kelly attended her first yoga class over 15 years ago.  She quickly learned that yoga reaches far below the surface!  The combined mental, psychological, spiritual and physical benefits of yoga have kept her devoted to the practice ever since.

In 2015, Kelly earned yoga teaching credentials (RYT-200) with the goal of deepening her personal practice.  This concentrated study of yogic philosophy and postures has touched every area of her life, fueling her desire to share the practice of yoga with others.

As a trained educator (middle grades and adult education), Kelly hopes that her classes offer instruction and inspiration to her students in applying yoga to their own personal situations.
